Customer & Vendor Access lets November Design Group (NDG) share project folders with you. This page says what it uses and why.
What we use
- Your e-mail address, to find the folders NDG shared with that address. When you sign in with Google, Google gives us only your e-mail address and its account ID, nothing else from your Google account. When you sign in with a code, we e-mail the code to that address.
- A record of your visits: when you signed in, the internet address (IP) and the kind of device and browser you used, and which folders and files you opened, downloaded or uploaded. NDG uses it to keep the folders secure and to see that files reached you.
- Files you upload, kept in the folder you uploaded them to, for the project.
- Two cookies: one keeps you signed in, and one lasts a few minutes while you sign in with Google. No advertising or tracking cookies.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, share it with anyone outside NDG, or use it for marketing. Only the NDG staff who manage your folders, and NDG's IT team, see your activity.
How long we keep it
Sign-in records are kept for one year. Folder activity and uploaded files are kept with NDG's records for the project.
